About Sanjay
I am a software engineer and having my own company named Auxesys Systems Pvt Ltd. I started teaching mathematics and science since 2014 and it became my passion! Even though I have a company, I take some time off from my busy schedule to teach students. "I always believe in one thing, Knowledge is to be shared and not to be kept to himself/herself".

I have a different perspective in making students understand complex problems. I don't believe in rote learning. I follow four steps in my teaching:
1) Make them Understand the concept
2) Let them take time to think, how this concept works
3) Student participation. Let them ask questions to clear their doubts.
4) Once they clearly understood the concept, I will ask them to make their own set of problems.
And then you don't have to remember/memorize the method! You have already understood the concept.
Mathematics is not about remembering the methods, it's about thinking! The more you think, more clearer your concepts will be..
