About Ben
My name is Ben, I am 17 years old and trying to save for university. I am taking maths, further maths and philosophy as my A-Levels.
For a long time I have been inspired by those involved in my education, I had some amazing teachers over the years, and since I have been trying to pass that on in my own lessons.
This past year I have been tutoring my own students- one, a GCSE student and family friend, who has significantly improved his mathematics skills since our sessions. More recently, my school has allowed me to tutor some year 12 students once per week- and though this has not been long enough for results to show (~3 sessions), I can see a shift in confidence already, and I am certain that our sessions will be impactful.

Having experience in tutoring both GCSE and year 12 A Level students, I am confident in my role as a tutor and supporter in your academic journey.
I believe that understanding concepts and the understanding of 'why' is pivotal in mathematics, and will not fail to deliver on these aspects of the subject. In my online lessons I will help you process information you have covered in school, through the use of past papers, comprehension questions, and going through homework that you can't quite understand.
My lessons are for all GCSE students and year 12s in their AS or A-levels
