Mathematics senior at UCSD giving private and group tutoring with 4 years of tutoring experience
Methodology
I base my classes around individual students needs. Some students are confident in their math skills and need someone to provide an additional challenge to expand their mastery. Other students falsely believe that they lack an aptitude for math and require confidence building in math skills. I have experience working with both kinds of students and all those in between. Math should be relatable, useful, and grounded in logic rather than memorization, and my students can attest to the effectiveness of that foundation.
Background
I am a Mathematics major finishing my last year at UCSD. I have tutored for over 4 years, including a year of classroom tutoring for elementary, middle school, and high school students. I am familiar with and have tutored through Common Core as well as for the Advanced Placement exams in Computer Science and Calculus. I can also tutor college course up to upper division Analysis. Subjects I teach are Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Differential Equations, and Analysis.

I can provide at-home tutoring provided there is a well-ventilated area to safely work and all social distancing and mask protocols are being observed. If there is a need to please cancel with 24 hour notice. I can provide a sliding scale to families in need.
