About Ashleigh
I am a certified math teacher in New York and Kansas. I have a bachelor's in secondary education and mathematics. I have been teaching high school for three years. I have done private tutoring while in college. The students that I have tutored have gone up at least 2 letter grades. Over 90% of my students pass my class at the high school level.

My methods for teaching are breaking down problems to easier parts, using steps to complete questions, and ensure to cover all materials with getting straight to the point on notes. I encourage discussions and further exploration into the topic at hand. I use the method of 'me-we-you', where I will do an example, then together we do an example, followed by the student doing an example and sharing with a partner.
