About Alison
I have around three years of home tutoring experience before 2020. Recently, I have been updating myself with the latest school syllabus and teaching methods. I will always talk to my students to understand what they find difficult and which areas they want to improve. This helps me plan my lessons and choose suitable books or exercises for them. I also communicate with parents so that we all have the same goals and direction. If a student has any special situation, I will adjust the lessons to help them learn comfortably.
我会先跟学生沟通，了解他们哪里觉得困难、想要加强哪一方面。这样我才能根据他们的需要安排课程，也会选择适合的练习或书本。我也会和家长沟通，让我们都有一样的目标和方向。如果学生有任何特殊情况，我会调整上课方式，让他们学习得更舒服。
Saya akan berbincang dengan pelajar untuk memahami bahagian mana yang mereka rasa susah dan apa yang mereka ingin tingkatkan. Ini membantu saya merancang kelas dan memilih buku atau latihan yang sesuai. Saya juga akan berkomunikasi dengan ibu bapa supaya kami mempunyai matlamat dan arah yang sama. Jika pelajar mempunyai keadaan khas, saya akan menyesuaikan cara pengajaran supaya mereka belajar dengan selesa.
