About Xandra
My interest in mathematics began with a deep curiosity about numbers and logical patterns. This passion led me to pursue a PhD in Mathematics, where I developed advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, helping them build strong understanding and confidence in math. Teaching has become a meaningful part of my journey because I enjoy helping students grow and succeed.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and adaptability. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my methods to match their pace and level of understanding. I break down complex topics into simple steps and use examples and exercises to make learning easier. I also encourage students to think independently and build their own understanding of concepts, which helps them grow more confident over time.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring new mathematical ideas and improving my teaching techniques. This helps me keep my lessons effective and engaging. Teaching math is very rewarding because I see students move from confusion to confidence. Helping them build strong skills, believe in themselves, and achieve their goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication, care, and a strong commitment to student success.

My maths lessons are designed to make learning clear, structured, and easy to follow for every student. I guide them through structured techniques that help them break problems into smaller parts and solve them clearly. Practice exercises are included in every lesson to improve speed, accuracy, and understanding. I also spend time reviewing mistakes carefully so students can learn from them and improve step by step. Each lesson is designed to support steady progress and strong conceptual clarity.
