About Neela

I earned a B.Sc in Mathematics followed by an M.Sc in Mathematical Sciences, which allowed me to explore both pure and applied aspects of the subject. Over 8 years of teaching, I have supported students at various levels, helping them overcome fear, confusion, and self-doubt around mathematics. I believe every student can improve with the right guidance and mindset. My teaching approach is patient and adaptive. I adjust explanations based on how students think, using visuals, analogies, and multiple solution paths when needed. I focus on building confidence gradually, ensuring students truly understand concepts before moving forward. Beyond teaching, I remain connected to mathematics through problem-solving, reading, and educational exploration. Teaching math is rewarding because I see students gain confidence in their reasoning abilities and begin to trust their own thinking, both inside and outside the classroom.
