About Zaniah

I hold a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, academic paths that shaped my appreciation for structure, abstraction, and real-world application. Over 7 years of teaching, I have supported learners across school and early university levels, helping them build strong mathematical foundations through thoughtful explanation and guided practice. Teaching mathematics has shown me that clarity is achieved through careful pacing and consistent reinforcement.

My teaching philosophy centers on understanding how students think. I focus on diagnosing gaps in reasoning and addressing them through visual models, simplified examples, and progressive difficulty. Rather than rushing content, I emphasize mastery and logical confidence, ensuring learners feel secure before moving forward. This approach allows students to engage with mathematics without fear or frustration.

About the lesson
