Every student is different and requires different approaches to learning. I believe in tailoring different methodologies and teaching experiences differently to every student as learning is not one-size-fits-all. My approach as a tutor is to first ask the student what they need help in, and how they feel they best learn. From there, I take that into consideration and begin with that first to help the student feel more comfortable. If everything is going great, then I will proceed with using the same method with some variations from time-to-time to keep the student engaged at all times. If I notice boredom or any negative effects from the approach suggested by the student, I will take it upon myself to change the method and say "Let's try something different and see if that works!".
I am a current sophomore at the University of Houston pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems. I have been tutoring since my senior year in high school in 2018. I have taught over 30 students in various subjects and have always been able to help students achieve their academic goals. Additionally, I accept payments privately through Zelle or any other method of online payment. I look forward to helping your student learn and succeed in their academic telos (goal)!
My rate is a flat fee per student. No subject should be charged more than any other because it's more "difficult". I want to help your student learn and succeed more than anything and the rate will not increase because of any factors. Cancellation fee of $8 if no communication within 24 hours.

Nicolas is an amazing tutor! He is always considerate of everyone's educational background and learning style. At first, we tried videos to help learn concepts but I wasn't improving and Nicolas told me it wasn't my fault but rather not everyone learns the same as others. He suggested we do PowerPoint practice where we made powerpoints ourselves of each concept we learned and hands-on learning instead and that helped me so much! Please take Nicolas as a tutor! You won't regret it!!
Nick has helped me with programming, calculus, and other mathematics combining them both, always with a generous character and happy spirit. We met in our fraternity at the University of Houston. He is a very good tutor and teacher and has ensured that I will not only pass but excel at my classes. When regarding the style of tutoring I would say he is very adaptive to the student, so much so that he doesn't have as specific style of teaching.
I recommend Nick because of his adaptability, his intelligence and his kindness. 10/10
His tutoring really helped me excel college algebra and statistics. I don’t think I would been able to do well in college because of him
Nick was super helpful with my statistics homework, made it super easy to understand. He’s super easy to talk to and funny. I could not recommend Nick more!!
