About Miajah
I am a student in college. I did a gap year program with City Year Boston and was a tutor and mentor in BPS for 6,7,8 graders and watch them grow with their mathematical abilities. I've taught over 70 students. I taught students that didn't have a foundation and math which made it hard to understand higher levels and so I started where they need to be met. When I was in high school I also tutored the freshman that needed help with the foundations of math. I will be providing tutoring sessions once a week on Saturdays and or other days depending on what you need and when you're available. I do via webcam sessions. It will be for an hour session or 90 minutes.

I give lessons to people that are having trouble in math or with foundations of math, that are now having difficulty with higher math because of it. Instructions: enter with an open mind you got this! I like to start with teaching the subject or asking a few questions/ problems to see where yure understanding is and see that you understand the information given. Then I then ask deeper questions and problems to see how you think and to make sure you have a deeper understanding of what is actually going on. By doing this I can see where you're having trouble and can identify where your needs need to met.
