About Gayatri
Hi, I'm Gayatri! I'm an Environmental Engineering graduate based in Newcastle, with a genuine love for maths that's been with me since I can remember. When I'm not tutoring, you'll find me baking, crocheting, or rewatching Derry Girls for the hundredth time.
I'm patient and easy to talk to — I just really enjoy helping people work through things that feel difficult at first.

My sessions are conversational and problem-focused — I find that working through things together, rather than just explaining at someone, is what actually makes things click. I'm patient and happy to go at whatever pace works for you, whether we're building foundations or tackling exam-level material.
I tutor Maths from Key Stage 3 to university level, as well as Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering fundamentals, and dissertation or research methods support for postgrad students. Sessions are typically an hour but flexible depending on what you need.
I hold an MSc in Environmental Engineering with Distinction from Newcastle University, and have spent years working through difficult material collaboratively with peers — which is where my love of tutoring comes from.
