About Bobbie
I am an experienced primary educator with a long-standing passion for working with children and supporting their development. Over the years, my role has evolved significantly, and I now operate at deputy-head level, taking a leading role in whole-school improvement and strategic decision-making. I currently oversee key areas including Safeguarding, Curriculum & Assessment, Teaching & Learning, EYFS, Maths and Music. Alongside this, I act as Student Liaison, Staff Governor, and Reception Class Teacher, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on classroom practice. My experience across both mainstream and special needs settings continues to reinforce my commitment to inclusive, high-quality education and to supporting children, families, and staff with professionalism and care.

However, I have also taught and tutored children aged up to 11 years old.
