About Savin
Hi there! I am Savin and am currently 17, living in Marlborough, Wiltshire. I have completed my GCSEs and I will be studying Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics for my A-levels. I received Grade 9 in all of my main subjects including in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I have also achieved numerous Gold certificates in the UKMT Maths Challenges, as well as being invited to compete in the Grey and Pink Kangaroo challenges. I am also an ABRSM Grade 8 pianist and have played representative cricket for Wiltshire, as well as being a keen amateur aviator.

Having had previous experience tutoring, I find that practising exam-style questions is the most beneficial method of study and revision. Lessons will be based around the needs of the student, typically around topics that they do not understand but also topics which they are weaker in or topics they want to learn more about. I like to keep a balance between explanation and questions, to ensure that the student fully understands the topic, before we move on to working through practice questions together. I am also happy to mark work of the student, such as past papers. Lessons will last 1 hour and are for all levels up to GCSE.
