About Philippe
I have a degree in Maths-Computer Science, and I have been offering private lessons for 4 years in math and programming. I mainly studied "pure" math inlicense, but I also studied applied math. I had very high level teachers (Jean-Pierre Demailly) and other very good at explaining, who gave me a good level and a good understanding of the students.

I work a lot in alternate learning of theory and direct application, first with simple examples and cases and then continuing to more complex exercises at the student's pace. I can show the basic examples before having the student redo them. Mastering simple cases is for me a key to total mastery. Depending on the student's choice, I can suggest exercises to try to do alone between two lessons, or do everything together, in which case I serve as half of teacher and half of tutor.
