About
I have an A* in A Level maths and further maths and a 2:1 (Hons) maths degree from Durham University. This has given me an excellent background in maths and the perfect foundation to pass on my knowledge through teaching. I also have two years' experience in the charity sector training people with varied abilities and confidence on database systems. I therefore have the skills necessary to explain complex concepts in a variety of different ways whilst instilling confidence and an enjoyment of the subject for the learner.

I have a maths degree from Durham University and have professional experience in training people with varied skill sets. My approach to teaching is guided by the student and can be tailored to any learning type. However, I believe that people learn best through active learning; therefore there will be a focus on working through examples together to ensure that the concepts are grasped, providing them with the tools to tackle any maths problem. I can teach primary through to A level.
