About Joel
My main teaching experience came when, in summer 2018, I taught Maths for 6 weeks in a secondary school in Limpopo, South Africa. I delivered engaging lessons, gave one-to-one support and boosted the confidence of many of the students during my short time there. This was part of a voluntary programme called Warwick in Africa, run by the University of Warwick.

I have just completed a BSc in Mathematics at the University of Warwick and am awaiting my results.
I can teach from high school level to A Level, including Further Mathematics.
Alongside working towards the goal of good exam performance, I am committed to helping students have a deep understanding of the mathematical concepts they study, and stretching and challenging more able students.
My lessons can be tailored to the needs of the student, and can be focused on walking through a topic or going through worked examples and exam questions.
