About Bariscan
I’m a maths graduate with a background in Financial Mathematics and currently work in a professional role where accuracy, organisation, and clear communication are important. I enjoy helping people build confidence with maths by explaining topics clearly and at a pace that suits them.
I have experience working with both young people and adults and take a calm, patient approach to tutoring. I also hold safeguarding training and am GDPR aware, and I aim to create a supportive and professional learning environment for every student.

My approach to tutoring is calm and supportive, with a focus on building confidence and understanding. I adapt each lesson to the learner’s needs, explaining topics step by step and using clear examples and practice questions to check understanding.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and include a mix of explanation, guided practice, and independent questions.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Financial Mathematics and have experience explaining complex information clearly in a professional setting. I also hold safeguarding training and am GDPR aware.
