About Robyn
I have tutored grade 11 maths to a group of students every week for the past few months and have also helped with matric physical science and maths a few times. I have also given a few lessons to a student overseas where I have helped him with some advanced maths.
The majority of my teaching has been done online, mostly through Zoom.

I try and take a fun and calm approach to tutoring. I try and explain the concepts in a way that they can understand, which may be dependant on the student. I will try to also break things down to basics when teaching to ensure a good understanding of the basics of the concept before working upwards. I have had some experience with teaching people that have had some emotional and mental health struggles, and like to work with them in a, usually, slower-paced style and with a good deal of encouragement and support with their work.
For my online teaching I often use a program called Miro. Miro allows both the student and myself to interact and work together as though I were sitting right next to them working on paper. I have a drawing tablet which allows me to write and teach effectively.
I can use Zoom, Skype, Discord or MS Teams for lessons.
