I was the final year project supervisor of Jack Neale during the 2020-21 academic year of his MEng Mechanical Engineering degree at Bristol. During this time I typically meet with him for approximately one hour per week and closely follow his academic progress.

What was clear to me as Jack’s supervisor was his strength across both the applied and theoretical fields of engineering.

Jack is a very professional, polite and hardworking individual. He worked very well as part of a team in group coursework activities and he excelled when leading peer-to-peer learning activities. Finally, I would like to add that he is also a very personable and friendly young man.
