I'm a Maths specialist and an ESOL specialist and also combine the two. I assist learners with a low level of literacy to achieve in maths and as a mathematician, I appreciate the patterns within language - rules to take the mystery out of learning spelling and grammar.

I have a BSc in Maths (2:1) from Lancaster Uni. and a PGCE with ESOL subject specialism.
I'm currently working at Trafford College, where I teach ESOL to all levels and Maths- GCSE and Functional- to over 16s. I originally trained to be a primary teacher.
Because I'm a full-time teacher Monday - Thursday, Fridays and weekends are the best days for me to do tutoring. I live in Lancaster close to the centre of the city.
