Hi, I'm Izzy! I am an outgoing and friendly student who prioritises building good relationships with my students as it allows me to tutor interactively and make sessions more enjoyable. I tutor around my university hours at the University of Manchester where I am studying maths.

A typical 1 hour lesson would include around 20-30 minutes of going through any questions across various topics the student has been struggling with, working through them together using a shared screen. The second half of a lesson would typically be focused on one topic in detail, often including a question pack for the student to go through alone until sufficiently fluent in the topic. I am able to tutor GCSE and A Level maths and further maths as I recently studied these myself.
While studying for my A Levels, I regularly tutored two foundation GCSE maths students who were at risk of failing when I took them on and came out of their GCSE's with a grade 4 and a grade 5.
