I approach coaching not from solution standpoint but from the learning gaps a student might have. My style of teaching is interactive, neutral accent, professional, task driven and goal oriented. Teaching media includes usage of digital pen and e-whiteboard for making sure that the students understand the concept in a lucid fashion. I conduct periodic tests to assess the students performance.
