About Akshay
An engineering graduate marching towards a career in management.
Academically I have topped in Mathematics every year in school from class 6th. And then in all four years of college.
I also have got decent grades in physics althrough which is another one of my favourite subjects.
I believe learning should not be equivalent to cramming rather it should be more of an automative process, with guidances and motivation walking side by side with it.

I approach any topic in a way which makes the learner feel as if he is into it conpletely. The learner being interested in the topic by itself is the only thing I aspire for. Once that is done, 90 percent of the work is accomplished. And the other 10 percent is just about maintaining the consistency of interests and motivation to march forward.
This is the way I have moved forward in my career, so I know how to get through things like a champ.
