I focus on how each student works through questions, I understand the method and logic I use may not always be best suited for the student and their understanding, and that some students need a more simplified approach. This allows them to grasp the concepts better. I always give homework for the student to practice between lessons, and always work through questions with the student that they find difficult of the homework.
