About Uma
I am a B.Pharma graduate and DHA-certified pharmacist with 7+ years of professional experience, and I bring strong analytical and numerical skills into teaching Maths to school students. I teach Class 6 to 10 across CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards, with a focus on building concepts step by step instead of relying on shortcuts or memorized formulas. I am patient with students who find Maths difficult and work on strengthening their basics before moving to harder problems. I have online teaching experience and adjust my teaching speed based on how quickly a student is grasping the topic.

My Maths classes cover topics from Class 6 to 10, starting with basics like fractions, integers, and simple equations in junior classes, moving up to algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics for Class 9–10. Every class includes a clear explanation of the concept followed by practice problems, so students can apply what they learned right away. For Class 10 students, I give extra focus to important board-exam question types and regular revision.
