About Aurora
I am a passionate Math tutor with 5 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background with an MMath degree. I enjoy helping students see Math as more than just numbers and formulas. My focus is on building clear thinking and strong reasoning skills. I introduce ideas through paradoxes proofs and logical frameworks to make learning deep and interesting.
I believe that understanding why something works is more important than just memorizing steps. My sessions are designed to make students think question and explore concepts. I support learners who are curious about theoretical mathematics and abstract ideas. I also connect Math with areas like philosophy and computing to make it more meaningful.
Each lesson is structured but flexible based on the student’s needs. I help with exam preparation assignments and concept clarity. I encourage students to explain their thinking and build confidence in problem solving. Mistakes are welcomed as part of the learning process.
I aim to create a calm and supportive learning environment. Students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging ideas. My goal is to help them grow into independent thinkers.

My teaching approach in Maths focuses on building strong concepts and applying them to real life situations. I connect topics like algebra arithmetic and calculus with practical areas such as financial mathematics interest calculations and budgeting. Students learn how to use math in daily money decisions with confidence. I also teach investment analysis simple and compound interest profit and loss and time value of money in an easy way.
I believe learning should be clear step by step and engaging. I adapt my lessons based on each student’s level and goals. For school and university students I focus on exam preparation problem solving and assignments. For competitive learners I include Olympiad level thinking and logical challenges. Coding based math thinking is also introduced to improve analytical skills.
I guide learners to become independent and confident in solving problems. I support them in reaching higher levels of understanding and accuracy. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities. Regular practice and feedback help them improve faster.
My goal is to make Maths simple useful and meaningful. Students not only score better but also understand how to manage money wisely using mathematical thinking.
