About Krishn
I have twelve years of experience teaching math to students of all levels. My approach is patient, encouraging, and adaptable, ensuring learners can progress at their own pace while building confidence and understanding. I tailor explanations to each student’s learning style, whether through visual aids, repetition, hands-on practice, or guided discussion. I encourage students to ask questions, explore reasoning, and reflect on their learning process, promoting independent thinking. Outside teaching, I continually study new mathematical strategies, curricula, and teaching methods to keep lessons engaging and effective. Watching students develop confidence, skill, and a positive mindset toward math is the most rewarding part of my work.

In Maths lessons, I combine topics such as SAT math, algebra, geometry, middle school math, and elementary school math, integrating them in a way that maintains variety and supports overall skill development. Lessons begin with strengthening foundational concepts including arithmetic operations, number sense, and reasoning patterns, providing learners with a solid base for tackling more advanced material.
As students progress, we move into algebraic expressions, equations, geometry applications, multi-step problems, and SAT-focused strategies. I emphasize structured reasoning, guided problem-solving, and real-world applications that make abstract ideas accessible. Lessons are carefully paced to ensure students understand each concept deeply before moving forward.
Advanced lessons focus on complex problem-solving, connecting multiple areas of maths, and building independent analytical thinking. Students learn strategies for approaching challenging questions calmly and systematically. My goal is to create a supportive environment where learners develop both competence and confidence, ensuring mathematics feels logical, approachable, and achievable.
