About Manav

I have twelve years of experience teaching Math to students of varying ages and skill levels. About the lesson

In my Maths lessons, I incorporate a mixture of elementary school math, SAT math, algebra, middle school math, and geometry, ensuring students develop a strong, well-rounded foundation. Lessons begin with reinforcing core concepts such as number sense, basic operations, and reasoning patterns. I use step-by-step explanations and practical examples to help learners understand both how to solve problems and why the methods work, fostering confidence and comprehension.

As students advance, we explore algebraic expressions, multi-step equations, geometry applications, word problems, and SAT-focused strategies. Lessons emphasize logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and independent problem-solving. I provide guided exercises and contextual applications to make abstract concepts tangible, helping students connect ideas across topics.

In advanced sessions, learners tackle complex, multi-step problems, develop strategic approaches, and combine multiple mathematical concepts. Students build resilience, analytical thinking, and confidence in their abilities. My goal is to create a supportive, structured environment where mathematics feels approachable, logical, and engaging, preparing students for both academic success and lifelong analytical thinking.
