I have a doctorate in mathematics from Warwick university and over 35 years experience of working in the Telecoms industry. I am presently completing a PGCE from reading university, but do not wish to go into full time teaching within the classroom

I like to differentiate my lessons by having a starter to gain an impression of the students knowledge and their ability to learn the topic. I then have multiple demostrations of what is to be learn allowing the student to have a turn. I will then consolidate with worksheets on the topic.
