About Ayman
Hi, I’m Ayman. I’m an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s degree from UNSW and over 10 years of professional experience working in engineering and infrastructure projects. Mathematics has always been a core part of both my studies and my career.
I started tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping students understand math in a way that makes sense to them. Many students struggle not because they can’t do math, but because the concepts were never explained clearly. Once the fundamentals click, their confidence grows quickly.
My goal is to help students build a strong foundation in mathematics and develop the problem-solving skills they need to approach questions with confidence. I focus on explaining concepts step by step, encouraging questions, and helping students feel more comfortable with the subject.
I find it very rewarding to see students go from feeling frustrated with math to becoming more confident and capable over time.

About Me
I’m an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s degree from UNSW and over 10 years of professional experience. My work relies heavily on mathematics, problem solving and logical thinking, and I enjoy helping students build those same skills.
I offer maths tutoring for students from primary school through to high school, helping them strengthen their understanding and become more confident with the subject.

About the Lessons
My lessons are tailored to each student. Some students need help catching up on the basics, while others want to improve their problem-solving skills or prepare for exams.
In a typical lesson we:
• review school material or homework
• go through concepts step-by-step until they make sense
• practise questions together
• work on techniques to solve problems independently
For primary students, the focus is usually on building strong foundations with numbers, fractions, and problem solving while making maths less intimidating.
For high school students, we focus more on deeper understanding, exam techniques, and learning how to approach complex problems confidently.
I try to keep the lessons clear, structured and supportive so students feel comfortable asking questions and improving at their own pace.
