About Krishna
Having achieved 10 grade 9s at GCSE, and 2A*s and 2As at A level (including an A* in Mathematics), I’ve always had a passion for Mathematics and love to share it with others. Having prepared rigorously for these exams myself, I understand how challenging the process can be. I’ve kept notes on what’s worked well for me and what I wish I could go back and do differently. Using these, I hope to not only ensure my students are confident and reach the top grades, but to also instil the love of mathematics that my teachers instilled into me.

My approach to teaching maths has three main aspects:
- Building problem-solving skills through encouraging students to solve the most difficult questions in each topic, ensuring they are comfortable with all questions that may appear on their tests.
- Instilling confidence through rigorous practice of maths problems, reinforcing the student’s knowledge of the fundamentals of each topic and preventing careless errors.
- Providing feedback for each question in class work and homework, helping the student understand how to show working out to maximise marks and work through questions efficiently to deal with time pressure.
