About Iman
My name is Iman and I am a final year student at King's College London. I have been tutoring for 3 years now and have had fantastic results. As I am only 20, I still remember exactly what it was like to sit school exams and this puts me in a great position to help you excel in yours. I have a relaxed and friendly teaching approach to ensure that you are comfortable and confident so that you are in the perfect position to learn as much as possible. I place an emphasis on doing practice questions and exams so that when the time comes to sit the exam, you are familiar with it. I am also familiar with the new 9-1 GCSE grading system, as I have a younger sister who I tutored just last year. I teach up to GCSE Maths and Science and achieved A*s respectively at GCSE as well as A's in A level Maths and Chemistry.

I am a final year King's College student and I am the perfect tutor for year 10 students who would like an early head start on their maths revision for their GCSE exams next year. I am able to work alongside the curriculum at school, giving them that extra boost in their studies.
Lessons with me tend to last an hour or an hour and a half as I find that this is the amount of time in which an good amount of work can be completed, while the student is still alert.
My lessons centre around doing practice questions, as I believe this is the best and fastest way to learn and solidify your maths skills.
I like to keep things light-hearted so that students feel comfortable and confident enough to ask and answer questions, even if they are wrong.
Although I aim to start a new topic every few lessons, I ensure that the last 10/15 minutes of a lesson is dedicated to solidifying skills from previous weeks, so that you never forget them.
