My style of training depends on the class
- 1-1 training session focused solely on you.
- Provides regular assessments in order to identify and correct limitations.
- Best for learning how to perform exercises, and to remove physical and mental barriers to exercise.
- The intensity of exercises vary based on student's fitness level.
- Multiple people training during the same session.
- Participants perform exercises in a HIIT circuit style.
- High intensity.
I am an NCSF certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Before going independent, I worked for/with community, corporate, and small fitness facilities. My clients have reported weight loss, feeling stronger, and sleeping better.
