I am Kevin Snell. I have been a competitive athlete for most of my life, and a true believer in maintaining good health though regular body upkeep. I hold a BS in Engineering, with a background in food sciences, and 20 years of personal trading. I understand how the body works, and the regular maintenance that is required to good health, energy and strength.
