About Preeti
Hi! I'm an IB graduate who used to feel overwhelmed by math too—so I completely understand how frustrating it can be when numbers just don’t make sense. But over time, I discovered ways to break down complex ideas into simpler steps, and now I love helping others do the same. My goal as a tutor isn’t just to help you get better grades, but to actually make math feel less scary and maybe even a little fun. I’m patient, easy to talk to, and I’ll always work at your pace. Whether you're stuck on the basics or need help with tougher topics, I’m here to guide you without any pressure. I’ve been in your shoes—not too long ago—so I teach the way I wish someone had taught me. Let’s work together to build your confidence and get you where you want to be.

As a tutor, I believe in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I focus on building a strong foundational understanding rather than memorization, using real-life examples and visual aids to make math concepts easier to grasp. Typically, each session begins with a quick review of previous topics, followed by a step-by-step explanation of new concepts, plenty of practice problems, and a short recap to reinforce learning. I tailor my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning style, making sure they stay engaged and confident. Being an IB graduate myself, I understand the challenges students face and aim to simplify difficult topics through relatable methods. My classes are intended for school students, especially those in middle and high school, including IB, CBSE, and other curricula.
