Firstly I would begin by saying that Parul is a very professional and knowledgeable yoga instructor. Even though I am in different time zone (Canada) she is always on time and adjusts according to your time zone.

She begins with understanding your requirements first and designs classes accordingly. During the sessions she makes sure to take feedback regarding wether yoga sessions are benefitting you and also observes and corrects your posture wherever required. I would highly recommend her as a yoga instructor if you are looking for good yoga sessions regardless of the timezone you are in.
