Hello! My name is Richard, and I am an MD and MBA graduate with a passion for education and student success. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have worked with students in a variety of settings, including tutoring, mentoring, leading review sessions, and classroom instruction.
I believe that learning is most effective when students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the material. I encourage students to actively engage with the material by explaining concepts in their own words and applying them to new situations, which helps build long-term understanding and confidence.
What sets me apart is my combination of medical training, teaching experience, and student-centered approach. As an MD and MBA graduate who has tutored, mentored, and led review sessions for students across a variety of educational levels, I understand both the content and the challenges students face when learning it. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
