About Samantha
I'm an intercultural management lecturer with 3 years of experience teaching on an MBA program in Malta, where I work with graduate students and professionals from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds.
This subject isn't just academic for me : it's personal. I'm French, but I've lived as an expat myself for more than 10 years, the last 4 of them in Malta, one of the most genuinely international hubs in Europe. Navigating a French-Italian-Maltese daily life has given me a firsthand, ongoing education in exactly the kind of cultural friction and adaptation I teach about, from communication styles to unspoken social expectations. I've lived the theory, not just taught it.
My goal is to give you practical, usable frameworks: not just an understanding of why cultural misunderstandings happen, but concrete tools to navigate them with confidence, whether you're managing a team, negotiating a deal, or relocating for work.

Intercultural Management Training : Understanding a language is only half the equation when working across cultures. The other half is understanding how people think, communicate, and make decisions differently depending on where they're from. That's what this training is about.
I help professionals, managers, and teams navigate the cultural dynamics that shape international business: communication styles (direct vs. indirect), attitudes toward hierarchy and authority, decision-making processes, negotiation styles, time management , and the unwritten social rules that can make or break a professional relationship.
This training is especially valuable if you:
- Are relocating for work and need to understand the business culture of your new country
- Manage or work within multicultural teams and want to reduce friction and miscommunication
- Are preparing for negotiations, partnerships, or client relationships across cultures
- Want to avoid the common cultural misunderstandings that happen in international business
Sessions are practical and case-based: we work through real scenarios relevant to your industry and context. My goal is to give you frameworks you can actually apply the next time you're in a meeting, a negotiation, or managing a team member from a different cultural background.
