I have taken multiple leadership courses throughout my USAF career. I have been the head varsity coach for six years at a high school on a team that I started from scratch. I have my MBA in project management which entails multiple leadership courses. I am a green belt in Lean Six Sigma training.

I work for the USAF for 15 years briefing senior level executives and General Officers who expect top leadership qualities and the ability to manage a multi-functional team while working multiple projects. Cost, schedule and performance are all key performance drivers while learning to manage your team through all different scenarios while being flexible to change and motivating to all personality types. Formulating tasks, establishing 360 degree feedback sessions with your team, and understanding the context, will enable the team to strive for comprehensive actions to end up with a positive results.
