About Daniel
I am an experienced business executive with over twenty-five years direct P&L accountability in various leadership positions.
From 1982 - 2000, I served in leadership, HR generalist (Training, Safety Management), and complex problem-solving roles predominantly in the United States Air Force, Office Supply, Food Services, Warehousing/Logistics Warehousing, and Business Consulting industries.
In March 2000, I was recruited to serve as a Regional Director of Operations leadership role in the transportation industry. From March 2000 through May, 2009, I performed many roles including, industrial engineering, business analysis, operational and business development roles. During that time, I recruited and developed quality industrial engineering team, business development associates, developed and implemented standardized processes and procedures, while growing revenue in excess of 10 percent per year.
In May 2009, I started with Select Express & Logistics as a SVP National Accounts and within the span of 11 months was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. I finished my career with Select Express & Logistics as SVP Strategic Initiatives and started a consulting company, SIMPLIFIED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLC.

Initial lesson plan includes a non-graded capabilities needs assessment evaluation with primary focus to get to know each other first. Target audience are post high school students getting ready for the next phase of their life, be it college, trade school, ASVAB military preparation exam, or direct into the work force.
