With over two decades of executive leadership experience in information technology, strategy, governance, digital transformation, and project management, combined with experience as both a university lecturer and executive coach, I bring a unique perspective that bridges academic theory and real-world practice. Whether you are studying for an MBA or another postgraduate qualification, I am committed to helping you master your subject while developing the critical thinking and professional skills expected of today’s leaders.

My teaching philosophy is based on a coaching approach rather than traditional lecturing. Every student has different strengths, learning preferences, and goals. For this reason, I develop tailored learning plans for individuals and study groups, focusing on areas where each student needs the greatest support. Sessions are interactive, practical, and designed to build both competence and confidence.

About the lesson

I use a coaching approach to my teaching style. I work with students to identify their problem areas and tailor lesson plans that suit their individual learning styles. I developed and refined this approach over the years while teaching undergrads as a lecturer, training high school teachers and other working professionals. I use English as a teaching and learning language.
The first session is dedicated to identifying areas of needs and tailoring a learning plan for the student. Whether you are an individual or in a group the learning plan will suit your individual learning style and areas of need.
Lessons are provided at postgraduate level for MBAs or Post-graduate studies in strategy, project management and Information Technology.
