About Kristal
Standing before a whiteboard at the start of my 6-year teaching career, I realized that biology is essentially a massive puzzle of systems. I am an MD candidate at Johns Hopkins who specializes in breaking down immunology basics, food webs, energy flow, genetics, and inheritance for pre-meds.
My approach focuses on data analysis, graphs, and biological drawing to make homeostasis, mitosis, and meiosis feel intuitive rather than memorization-heavy. Working with 110 students has refined my ability to explain how these complex mechanisms interact within the human body. Please reach out if you want to sharpen your scientific reasoning skills.
