You are welcome to ask my anything about the job market and your options. I have worked all over Southern California. I really enjoyed living in Malibu and working at an exclusive Drug Rehab facility and as a Privately Hired Nurse. I have worked in the hospitals on a variety of units Urgent Care, Emergency, Same-Day surgery, Med-Surg, Family practice charge nurse, emergency preparations and training, Ortho, Onc, OBGYN, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery and NICU. I also have worked in medical equipment sales and was the charge nurse in a plastic surgery center in Beverly Hills.
No matter what field you work in you medical background will be useful and sought after. I have workin the film industry and was an Emergency Prep & Safety Coordinator for top billing artists and Microsoft Executives (the financiers) while on locations in desolate and remote locations. On a different set, as a Line Producer I had an incredible opportunity to be mentored by an amazing producer whom later became ABC's Vice President.
I think his examples of mentoring, like tutoring, where the best. I look forward to passing some of these on to you.
I good mentor is priceless.
I believe having the medical background and accomplishments was a deciding factor in the offers that were presented.

Passed both MCAT & NCLEX on 1st & only testing. Computer turned off early on both. This is happens when one is close to 100% correct answers and verification of highest scores recorded.
I took both the MCAT and NCLEX while I had a full schedule of classes and was working with just an IP, at the time. I couldn't afford to continue on and go to Med School but completed all of Pre-Med just the same. I continued and completed my BSN. I was later offered a medical equipment sales rep position if I had a business degree. So, I went back to the university and completed my MBA.
When I took the MCAT and NCLEX, the testing computers turned off early on both. This is happens when one is close to 100% correct answers and indicative and verification of highest scores recorded.
I look forward to helping you do the same with easy and confidence. It is not only knowing the material but also learning how the test is set up and how to narrow it down to a better chance of choosing the correct answer if you are not 100% sure. I really enjoy teaching and I am very understanding and patient.
I want you to succeed on the first time taking the MCAT and/or NCLEX.
