About Rodney
I am a retired Navy Senior Chief who went into education because I still wanted to make a difference. Teaching makes such a difference in the life of a child. Now that I am retiring from teaching I want to continue that service by offering individual tutoring to students that need that little extra one-on-one attention. I am certified to teach high school Math/Algebra. I love teaching Algebra and truly believe I can help anyone master the concepts. I have a double master's degree in education from Grand Canyon University in Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis in Education where I was the honor graduate from the College of Education.

My lessons will be individualized to your needs. I make videos and post them to a YouTube channel. Even the videos can be customized to cover just what you need to succeed. I take the time to break the skill down and show multiple ways to solve a problem. Most importantly, I let you explain what you think you should do first. Your instincts are way better than you think.
