About Laurie

I am a McGill student living in Montreal, Canada. I enjoy reading and writing, and I published a poetry book last year. I would love to know about your favorite writers, and I can share with you some good books to help improve your reading skills! Apart from tutoring I also work as a translator, and as a voice actor for movies that get translated into French. French is my first language, but I studied in English. I am also learning German and Spanish!

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to your specific needs. We establish a game plan on our first session to assess all your needs and which strategy to meet them. We also do a quick test so that I understand your level better. I can help with sporadic questions throughout the week, or give specific lessons at a set time every week. We set a few goals to make sure we can acknowledge your progress!
