I used to teach Grade 11 and 12 math, chemistry, and calculus for 2 years. The passion for helping more students find their interests in science subjects pushed me to continually improve my teaching methodology. Normally, I don't follow the same slides when giving class to a student. I will always have a better understanding of the student's strengths and weakness first. Then, I will com up a lesson plan and some exercises which focus on his/her weakness.
