About Simon
Hi! I'm Simon, a recent McGill grad in environmental studies. I've worked as a professional tutor for five years, with students of all ages, from elementary to university. I graduated in the Faculty of Arts and Science at McGill, earning high marks in university-level science and math courses as a part of the environmental science program. I have extensive childcare experience, with six years of babysitting and four years as a head camp counselor under my belt. I also have experience working with students with disabilities—learning is for everyone.

School can often be mystifying I aim to take abstract, convoluted ideas and break them down into tangible, simple parts. Encouraging students to be able to verbally explain their thought process, rather than simply produce the correct answer is essential to ensuring real learning. Above all, I believe that learning shouldn't have to be stressful, but can be enjoyable and rewarding!
