About Shaden
I have been actively tutoring math starting from my second year of CEGEP until now (currently a first-year master's student at McGill). Math can be a tough subject at times, and I have a passion for explaining hard concepts, sharing my knowledge with other students, and seeing them master their math skills over time. My current students have been with me for the past 3 years and I am so happy to see how far they've come and improved over time!

For each lesson, the students will do the work first while I listen to their underlying logic, and this is followed by troubleshooting procedures once the student has done the work. To ensure proper understanding, I always ask the students to re-explain the procedure to me a second time (or a 3rd time if needed) until they achieve true mastery of the topic. The lesson plans include a reasonable amount of homework (based on the level of the student) just to ensure the student understands the math concepts and can apply them on his/her own after class.
