About Remi

Hi! I am a McGill Physics graduate with a minor in Computer Science, bilingual in French and English. I have several years of experience tutoring students from high school to university, including two years as a tutor at McGill (PHYS 101 & 102, TEAM Mentorship Award).
My goal as a tutor is to help students understand concepts clearly, build confidence, and succeed in their courses.

About the lesson

My goal is to help students understand concepts deeply and develop strong problem-solving skills, rather than rely on memorization.

I adapt each lesson to the student’s level and pace, with an emphasis on:
Conceptual understanding.
Step-by-step problem-solving methods.
Clear explanations using examples.
Participation and guided practice.

A lesson usually includes:
A brief review of difficulties/challenges.
Explanation of main concepts.
Guided problem-solving.
Lessons are interactive and adjusted in real time to meet the student’s needs.
