About Anisa
Hey! I’m Ani, a college student at John Abbott studying in the Arts & Science program. I’m here to help any student from 4th to 11th grade get through school or ace their exams:) I graduated from the International Baccalaureate program which offers high quality educational programs, training me to excel in many subjects, especially French and Math (both of which I teach). I am a grade A student and have received 9 diplomas of excellence. Since I’ve received education from great and experienced teachers, I truly believe I’ll be able to assist any student in need of help. Excited to meet you!

I offer great preparation for any math class or exam, including Quebec’s Ministry exams (Grade 10). How? By teaching fellow students tricks and strategies and by helping them truly understand the subject they are studying. I give them access to free personalized class notes I create for them. Lessons include doing practice exercises till the subject is mastered, going over pre-made notes and questions, repeating the theory to help the student retain new information, and summarizing what we covered after each class. In my year of experience, I've noticed that each student learns differently and appreciates different teaching styles. For that reason, I remain very flexible and open with my lesson plans to truly help each student reach their potential. Lastly, I am fluent in French, English and Persian and happy to communicate with students in their preferred language!

She’s supportive, super patient, explains everything in detail and just overall a great person :D She’s helped me get my grades up in math and it’s been a breeze with her. Would 110% recommend her.
